Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers really big and spacious rooms, but they feel a bit basic. It was great that our room was ready on arrival even though we were early; however, a maintenance issue with the bath plug affected our stay. The service was awesome, especially from Krisma and Jun, although we felt a bit rushed when asking for a drink past 10 pm. The location was perfect for exploring Ubud activities but a bit noisy due to nature sounds. The dining experience had limited selections, but the pasta was delicious. The facilities were decent, but the overall feel was a bit dated and could be more modernized.
The hotel offers beautifully designed and spacious rooms with a lovely bathroom, but noise from animals can be disruptive. The service, while generally pleasant, had some issues with leaking bath tubs and air conditioning problems. The location, though picturesque, may be a bit isolated for those seeking more activities. The dining experience was acceptable, although improvement is needed in variety and taste. The facilities provided were decent overall.
The hotel rooms have a slightly 1990s vibe but are of a high standard, located behind the main reception area, causing some flooding issues during showers. The service is friendly, accommodating, and helpful, especially with kids' needs and taxi assistance. The location is huge and great for exploring with a toddler but may have disturbances from animals. The dining offers outstanding handmade pasta but lacks variety in the daily menu choices. Overall, a good value stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel rooms had a strong smell of damp and did not offer good value for the money. Additionally, it was really noisy due to the surrounding animals. However, the location was perfect, with a beautiful pool and a view of the jungle, away from the busy town. The dining experience had some good aspects but fell short compared to other options.
The hotel offers huge and spacious rooms located next to the sunshine pool. The air conditioning was very good, and the gigantic bed provided a comfortable sleep. However, the room decor felt dated and could use a more modern touch. Having an open bathroom was an interesting experience.
I spent 3 nights at Mansion Bali at Ubud in the Grand Deluxe room. The rooms were nice and big, beautifully decorated, but they did not have any windows. The service was a mix; attentive at times but also felt a bit let down. The location was in a genuinely luxurious monastery hidden away in the rainforest with lovely, huge grounds. The dining experience was just okay, needing improvement in quality and variety. Overall, a peaceful stay with some room for enhancement.
